CMHA Grand River Branch Strategic Directions for 2008-2011

The CMHA Board of Directors undertook its most recent strategic planning process throughout the winter/spring months of 2008. With the guidance of an external consulting firm, executive interviews, a series of focus groups and an on-line survey were used to gather information from our community.Then, through various planning exercises, the strategic directions were crafted for presentation at the Annual General Meeting, June 2008.
